Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points (HACCP)

HACCP Production Procedures at Cobeco Pharma
Cobeco Pharma pursues a quality assurance policy based on the Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points (HACCP).
HACCP is the abbreviation of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points. Under the HACCP system, the entire production process is monitored to detect potential food safety dangers. Those dangers are listed in HACCP and the corresponding risks are controlled. In addition to the above, we indicate in hygiene plans where and in which phases of the production and distribution processes, health hazards could arise. We subsequently record which measures have to be taken to reduce risks, which checks are performed and what the results are.
