ISO 22000 Control Union Certification

ISO 22000 specifies requirements for Food safety Management.

For all organizations involved in any aspect of the production in the food chain, there is the ISO Food safety Management system in which it needs to demonstrate the ability to control food safety hazards, and ensure the safety of product at the time of human consumption. This means among other things to plan, implement, operate, maintain and update a food safety management system aimed at providing products that, according to their intended use, are safe for the consumer, also to demonstrate compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory food safety requirements, to evaluate and assess customer requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.

SOP

The Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) cover all operational areas of raw materials, inventory control, production, cleaning, storage management, packaging, personnel, batch control, security and other daily operations. All incoming raw materials are locally tested in production batches, physical attributes and in the finished product.
We pay great attention to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) during each stage of the production process to ensure that our products and packaging meet customer expectations. Finished products are checked for their effectiveness and purity. We firmly stand behind our believe to ‘commitment’ with quality control because your confidence in our product is essential.

In addition to the above, a number of our products are produces according to the requirements imposed on Good Manufacturing Practises (GMPs) by European and international regulations.
